Lithion Inc. is a subsidiary of ENER-TEK International, Inc. (ETI), a technology driven corporation that focuses on specialty battery technologies for research and product development in high performance niche markets.

Since 1944, the Corporation has distinguished itself in the design, development, and manufacture of specialty battery technologies for Aerospace, the Department of Defense, and industrial/commercial applications.  The specialty battery technologies include Yardney Technical Products (YTP) Silver-Zinc, Silver Cadmium, Nickel-Hydrogen, and Magnesium-Silver Chloride batteries, and most recently Lithion’s Lithium-Ion cells and batteries.

 Lithion, Inc was established in 1994.  The business strategy of Lithion, Inc. is to serve demanding government and commercial niche markets with a custom-fit, high quality design capable of withstanding demanding load profiles in a wide variety of environments.
